Program areas at Senior Citizens Council of Madison County
Alzheimer's Disease Initiative provided case management services and in-home respite to individuals and families suffering from the disease.
The Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program provides the following services: case management, companionship, Emergency Alert Response, home delivered meals, homemakers, personal care, and in-home respite. Approximately 13,408 units of service were provided to clients including meals.
The Title III Programs of the Special Programs for the Aging provided 22,705 units of service to the Senior Citizens of Madison County, Florida. The Title III Programs provide a variety of services: companionship, group education/training, homemaker services, health support, material aid, outreach, recreation, screening and assessment, telephone reassurance,transportation, congregate meals, and nutrition education.
Home Care for the Elderly provided 143 units of services and specialized medical equipment and supplies for the Senior Citizens of Madison County, FL.
