Sentio Counseling Center was created to meet four key needs in mental health treatment and delivery:Health Equity. We increase the accessibility of mental health services by providing counseling services online and on a low-fee sliding scale starting at $30/session. Quality Improvement & Measurement Based Care. Sentio uses cutting-edge best practices in Quality Improvement and Measurement Based Care, including: * Outcome Data: We collect clinical outcome data from all clients using industry-standard Routine Outcome Monitoring software. Data is actively used to guide
industry-wide dissemination and implementation of best practices in quality improvement and measurement based care by providing low-cost training and webinars for professionals, supervisors, agencies, and training programs.Research. Sentio collaborates with researchers to advance the science on quality improvement and measurement based care.

All supervision sessions are videotaped and supervisors meet weekly for quality improvement. * Evidence-based treatment: Sentio counselors are trained in evidence-based treatment models including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), emotion-focused couples therapy (EFCT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and other evidence-based models.Dissemination, Implementation, and Professional Development.
