Program areas at Serenbe Art Farm for Arts and Education Corporation

The dance council presented a renaissance dance party with internationally renowned choreographer fatima robinson. Additionally, terminus modern ballet troupe performed "cash/cohen" for three weekends as well as "the nutcracker suite" for five performances. Additionally, the dance council supported eight nights of the world-renowned acrobat troupe "les farfadais", plus one free performance for local school aged children.
The theater council was responsible for programing dad's garage "very scary fairy tales" (an experiential children's show) as well as dad's garage adult improv show offering. The theater council also put on voice: a night of spoken word once in the winter and once in the fall. Lastly, the theater council was responsible for bringing down broadway and tv star joshua henry for our broadway in the woods series.
The music council presented cupcake concerts four times for the community in Serenbe as well as the chattahoochee hills area (free). Classical chamber group tertulia performed for mother's day weekend, palmetto park retirement community (free), guests at the Serenbe farmers market (free) as well as during the fall (ten performances in total). In addition, the music council also produced mashup in the meadow; a concert with five american idol stars for programming in our under the tent series. The music council was also responsible for bringing spelman glee club to Art Farm for the last stop on their spring tour.
Other expenses and revenues related to providing quality entertainment and interaction that generates compassionate understanding of varying cultures and viewpoints, both for Serenbe and our broader communities.
