Professionals from all industries, government, and military participate in a 5 month character Leadership development program. The program develops emotionally intelligent leaders who catalyze high performing teams. Fifty 50 fellows participated in the fellows program in 2023. Program sessions were delivered by certified volunteers in-person and online across the united states.
