A. To use its income, assets, facilities, and resources to support the delivery of quality Health services for the benefit of the general public in the sixteen (16) counties serviced by the Southeast Health district.b. To create and maintain fellowships and to award scholarships in furtherance of the charitable and educational purposes.c. To purchase or otherwise acquire or receive from any individual, firm, association, corporation, trust, foundation, or any government or governmental division, by deed, gift, purchase, bequest, devise, appointment or otherwise, cash, securities, and other property, tangible or intangible, real or personal, and to hold, administer, manage, invest, reinvest, and disburse the principal and income thereof solely for the charitable and educational purposes hereof.d. To distribute property for such charitable and educational purposes in accordance with the terms of gifts, bequests, or devises to the corporation in a manner not inconsistent with its purposes as set forth in these articles, or in code.
