Program areas at Shawano Chamber Foundation
We provide the leadership Shawano county program which educates participating members in our community on what it takes to be an effective leader and assists those people in improving their leadership skills. We also provided educational programs for businesses. In 2005, property was purchased for the purpose of constructing a visitor center and educational facility in Shawano. In 2007 that visitor center and educational facility was completed. Since them we have been using it to provide educational programs for the surrounding community. The vision 2017 program is our current initiative to raise money for analysis and recruitment/expansion of area businesses which will create jobs and boost the local economy.
