Description
The Sholom Foundation supports and promotes excellence in service to the elderly community. Its sole mission is to raise sufficient endowment and annual funds to generate financial support for Sholom Services and Facilities, and to promote excellence in care for generations to come. It provides support to enhance the facilities and programming of Sholom Community Alliance and its affiliates (collectively SCA), which offer short- and long-term nursing home care, assisted living, housing (market rate and HUD-assisted), and community-based services.
