Chs serves residents of caroline, dorchester, kent, queen anne's and talbot counties. Chs helps patients maintain optimal Health and independence in their Home settings, whether a family residence, a group Home, or a residential Care community. Chs was sold on november 1, 2022.
Health watch is a medical alert service which helps to preserve independent at-home living for members of the community.
