Program areas at Sick Kids
The home & community-based services waiver (hcbs): provides services such as intensive behavorial services, community habilitation, case management services, and respite. Approximately 432 Kids were served during fiscal 2023.
Health homes: reunites families with their children ages 21 and under who are medically fragile by helping put in-home care in place. Approximately 654 Kids were served during fiscal 2023.
All other program accomplishments provide other supporting services to medically complex individuals and persons with developmental disabilities residing throughout New York state.
