Sidewalk Advocates for Life

Sidewalk Advocates for Life trained, equipped, and supported over 265 locations in our peaceful, prayerful and law-abiding program for pregnancy-help outreach, including launching more than 65 new locations. These new locations include a heavy saturation in the Los Angeles and Denver Metro areas, where we hired Metro Coordinators to solicit co-leaders and offer frequent sidewalk advocacy training in order to rapidly grow coverage. In 2023, we reached a major milestone of serving 20,000 pregnant mothers and their preborn children with support and resource referrals since our founding in 2014. We provided volunteer training and support through 50 in-person visits, as well as online platforms and tools, including a new "Saving Lives in Post-Roe America" mini-documentary, the "Wake Up to Life" podcast, and monthly Q&A sessions for local leaders and Sidewalk Advocates. We also celebrated the permanent closure of 13 abortion facilities, thanks in part to the persistent, prayerful presence of Sidewalk Advocates reaching out to offer life-affirming resources to abortion-facility clients. Additionally, we hosted the most successful ever National Sidewalk Advocacy Conference - a 3-day conference with more than 50 speakers offering post-Roe strategies and life-saving tips and tools to over 215 registrants. Finally, we continued to foster and grow our partnerships with other pregnancy-help and abortion-healing organizations, and exhibited / presented our mission at 30 national and regional events throughout the U.S.
