Balanced man program: this program is available to all fraternity members and is exactly what undergraduate men need - a continuous development experience focused on scholarship, leadership and life skills that compliment a university's classroom curriculum.career coaching: the program matches an undergraduate member with an alumni career coach based on their field of interest and career aspirations. It is open to all undergraduate members and covers any field or career. It provides tangible tools for undergraduates to expand their career horizons and make connections.virgual programming: in addition to in person events, virtual leadership development and skill training occurred in the national transition retreat and springboard programs.volunteers: Sigep isn't possible without volunteers. This programming allows for the training, development and leadership of volunteers through in-person programs at cox leadership academy and through virtual training options.
Carlson leadership academies: this program is designed for personal leadership development, focused on gaining the skills to help members inspire brothers, manage committees and follow through on goals.ruck leadership institute: this program is Sigep's landmark leadership program for undergraduates. It focuses on exploring and developing personal leadership skills.tragos quest to greece: the tragos quest to greece changes the way brothers view the world, their fraternity and themselves. Guided by almuni mentors and university faculty, tragos quest to greece scholars study the influence that greek philosophy, governance and the arts has and continues to have in everyday life. Life after college: this program is available to all undergraduates and is used to lauch their career after college with in-person, professional development education and one-on-one consultations from industry leaders across the Sigep alumni network.
