To advance the mission of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity of "building balanced men" by providing grants to sig ep lead fund to fund the following programs:programs and event staffingcarlson leadership academies: for brothers who have shown a desire to lead their chapter, carlson offers training in leadership techniques, problem-solving as a team, goal-setting and execution. The academy is facilitated by alumni with years of sigep involvemen and senior leadership experience. Chapter leaders leave with increased knowledge and confidence in their ability to create a positive environment for their brothers to grow.ruck leadership institute: an intense 5-day event for the fraternity's top rising leaders. Curriculum is based on the leadership challenge and focuses on teaching the few to impact the many that will follow them.tragos quest to greece scholars: tragos quest to greece: an international experience to discover the birthplace of western civilization and sound mind and body.life after college: life after college engages industry-leading professionals to prepare undergraduates for their future careers. Going beyond a typical campus career center, brothers receive crucial skills training and an understanding of how to translate their sigep involvement to the professional world. Attendess receive one-on-one career coaching as well as education on topics like finanial responsibility, interview skills, resume building and personal goals.
Residential learning community grants - grants made for chapter housing that expands faculty connection and implements new initiatives to create a learning environment where students are surrounded by responsible peers and university faculty who are committed to helping them succeed inside and outside the classroom.
Chapter restricted & endowed scholarships - scholarship awards for tuition, books and room and board to students at campuses nationwide, based on academic achievement, chapter leadership, campus and community service, and financial need. Scholarship awards made from endowments established for a specific purpose are made to students nationwide for tuition, books and room and board awards.
