Program areas at Silver Spur Rodeo
To bring the old western heritage to the Yuma Community. The rodeo is an annual event in February. The Rodeo Royalty hosts clinics for children in local school to teach the children about rodeo and the Western lifestyle. The rodeo show cases rodeo events and allows community members to watch and participate in a rodeo.
Make donations to other community organizations.
The Rodeo Royalty shows young girls how to present themselves professionally in public, public speaking, essay writing, modeling and working with horses. The program teaches young ladies to be great role models and to be humble.
