Program areas at Simba Educational Ministries
Sponsorships Our Sponsorship program was able to provide 331 children with a Christ-centered education. This includes three meals a day, and a place to sleep. 204 children in elementary school and 126 children in high school, and one in university. The children ended up with top scores in Kenya.
Kenya Operations We use unrestricted donations to supplement our Family Strengthing donations to help run our Kenya operations. We have 10 full time Kenyan employees with two office locations. The primary staff is made up of our social workers which visit over 400 families in our sponsorship program and family strengthening program. They were able to conduct over 1,600 home visits last year.
Service Trips Our service trip include offering scholarships to American/individuals interested in going over and serving in Kenya. We were able to only take one team due to Covid but its focus was a medical team that served over 1,000 people in our Kenyan medical clinics.
