Simmaron Research conducts research on the etiology, pathogenesis, biomarkers, and treatment of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) formerly known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). The organization sponsors and conducts research projects aimed at deepening the scientific understanding of ME/CFS and other neuro-immune diseases. Simmaron's research is intended to develop and refine diagnostic testing and treatments to improve the quality of life for patients with ME/CFS.

Program areas at Simmaron Research

Simmaron sponsors and conducts Research projects that deepen the scientific understanding of me/cfs and other neuro-immune deseases. This Research is pursued with intent to develop/refine diagnostic testing and treatments to improve quality of life for me/cfs patients. In 2017, Simmaron began collaborative Research with cornell university. The scientific director at the university is part of two teams awarded collaborative Research center grants from the nih. In 2019, the collaboration with cornell continued and resulted in a journal article publication to which Simmaron significantly contributed (via Research staff labor and sample submission)
