Program areas at Simply Grace

The Organization maintains transitional homes in Fort Worth, Dallas, Richardson, and Plano, in order to provide a safe, structured environment to assist women recovering from substance abuse, help to rebuild their lives and achieve long-term recovery. One of the homes is called the "mommy and me" house to support women with children learn how to navigate parenting and recovery. Simply Grace has maintained community partnerships and gained new partnerships with other organizations in our communities. We have maintained our CARF accreditation and have also gained the TROHN/NAAR certifications for each of our transitional living homes.
The Simply Grace thrift store further facilitates meeting the needs of our community while providing an affordable, quality, & empowering shopping experience. This space will provides job skills training and create a community atmosphere as well as volunteer opportunities. We offer recovery vouchers for anyone in the community new to recovery thas has a need for new clothing for interviews and job seeking.
The Organization specializes in working with chemically dependent adult women, in order to improve their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health through an integrated system of group and individual counseling services. The Organization offers a wide range of services including 12-step facilitation, experiential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, dialectical behavior therapy and group therapy. The program goal is to empower them to gain emotional and physical sobriety through development of healthy relationships, feeling and coping with emotions, reconnecting with themselves, their family, and their community, learning to write their own story for their future, developing techniques to be fully present and accepting of the moment, uncovering their true self so that they can become who they authentically are and want to be, developing tools to create a life worth living, and discovering new and better ways to cope with life's problems.
