Program areas at Simply Grace
Holistic Counseling and Coaching: These programs are tailored to each individual person. The general design is inclusive (including those with or without spiritual preferences). All of us have negatively charged emotions trapped in the mind and body. Removing these emotions can assist the soul with clarity and intention and free the body of energy robbing resistance.
Marriage/Relationship Counseling and Coaching: We use the components of our spiritual and holistic counseling methods as a foundation and then demonstrate how it fits in relationships. Some topics of discussion include: co-dependency, expectations vs. desires, drawing from God or Source, forgiveness, letting go, as well as general communication.
Spiritual Counseling and Coaching: These programs are from a 3 dimensional approach (Spirit, soul and body). They are also tailored to each individual person. The general design is inclusive and non-denominational. We help bridge the gap between science and practical spirituality. Here we employ energy psychology methods and spiritual solutions.
