Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers provide primary medical care for all ages, with mostly bilingual board certified provider teams including internists, family practice, pediatrics, and women's Health. Many of the provider staff are bilingual in spanish and english. In calendar year 2022, 40,426 patients received care at 184,320 appointments. Also, we are committed to being the leader in behavioral Health in our Community providing a full range of outpatient mental Health services and substance abuse with licensed psychiatrist, psychologists, family therapists and counselors. These providers help adults with stress, grief, anxiety and panic, and children and adolescents with hyperactivity and conduct or mood disorders. In 2022 calendar year, 7,224 patients were seen at 47,338 individual appointments.
