Toolkit unlimited - an online career planning and portfolio platform for k-12 students in Pennsylvania. Smart Futures has engaged with the Pennsylvania department of education to guide the development of smartfutures.org. Smartfutures.org is an accessible web-based career planning and portfolio platform that enables schools to seamlessly deliver the cew standards in a way that is engaging for students and generates the career readiness indicators required by pde.to Pennsylvania school districts and charter schools, smartfutures.org is a drop-in future ready career plan and portfolio solution that provides a k-12 curriculum aligned to all 23 elements across the four strands of the career education and work standards. Smartfutures.org supports school districts and charter schools with artifact creation, data collection, student badging, and compliance monitoring and reporting. The platform is currently being used by districts and charter schools across Pennsylvania through an affordable annual subscription/donation. Smart Futures continues to operate pa ementoring, an online career mentoring program, and hopes to build the capacity of the program so its ementor volunteers can serve all students served by smartfutures.org.
