Grow SMART. SMART Recovery facilitators trained from Romania, Poland, Nigeria, Sweden, Indonesia and Ireland. New meetings established in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Japan and the Dominican Republic; translated materials into Estonian and made Japanese version available online.
Unlocking the potential of SMART. Global participant survey created and executed first time. Prototyped and validated a participant mobile app that leveraged the global digital design system and is now available in the US and Australia. Launched Unite for Recovery global campaign.
Connect and support SMART to the community. Began implementation of global digital strategy through use of outside consultants in order to put all meetings on one platform, cleanse local program data and rolled all local entities into same CRM platform.
