Program areas at Snapp Snapp

Peer-to-peer programs: These are tier 1 prevention programs that combine a strength-based philosophy with postive psychology to create an approach that focuses on purpose, empowerment, perseverence, hope, optimisim, collaboration and potential. Each program allows for participants to flexibly design their group curriculum based on what is going on in their lives. Each program consists of 12 weekly meetups of 90 minutes each. The high-school participant groups are led by university graduate students, while the middle-school participant groups are led by high school students.
