`Spirit staffing - a temporary job agency that works with people who have a legal history that creates a barrier to employment. Working a temporary job helps these individuals establish or re-build their employment history. In 2014 there were 86 individuals helped through temporary work assignments. The ministry has decided to discontinue this program.
Dare to be you - a weekend seminar series offered to women who are incarcerated. It includes teachings on relationships, forgiveness and personal boundaries. The women who complete the seminar are also connected to a woman who is not in prison who provides follow-up encouragement and emotional support.
Ministry programs - include doing praise and worship services in several different womens' and mens' prison facilities in the state of Missouri. The ministry also provides bus tickets to offenders who have completed their sentence and are being released from prison, but have no financial means to secure transportation to return home.
