2022 accomplishments 1.we had 76 Partners throughout 2022. 81% of our Partners attended svp events and meetings and 50% of our Partners participated on internal teams/committees. 2.we launched investment reimagined this program added a peer learning element to our regular capacity building work. Five nonprofits were selected to participate in the pilot program: colors+ youth center, courage to caregivers, literary Cleveland, urban city codes, and writers in residence. A cohort of leaders from each organization meets monthly with a facilitator in a co-designed space for peer learning. In addition, each leader is matched with an svp partner for thought partnership and capacity building work, as needed. 3.we continued to work with our investee birthing beautiful communities who was selected in 2021 on various capacity-building projects. 4.in october, Partners overwhelmingly voted in support of our new direction to shift our work to focus on advancing gender justice and improving the lives of women in northeast ohio-both in their daily lives and through policy and advocacy work. This work is being done through the lens of the intersection of gender, race, and socioeconomic status. 5.we hosted nine education events for our Partners on issues such as: sharing & shifting power, building trust as a necessary foundation for nonprofit management, lgbtq+ history, maternity + infant mortality in Cleveland, and more. 6.throughout 2022, we convened an advisory committee of five nonprofit leaders to receive input and feedback from local leaders to ensure that our programming and services better align with the real-world needs of greater cleveland-area nonprofits. Each leader was compensated with a small stipend.
