Annual conference attracting 400+ Social Work professionals, administrators, and others from Hospice and Palliative Care settings from across the country and world for interactive professional development and networking.
The education program provides live and recorded webinars for continuing education credits on a variety of psychosocial topics related to Hospice and Palliative Care, including leadership, grief and bereavement, diversity and inclusion, and community-based services. The program also includes preparatory materials for the aphsw-c advanced certification exam.
