Society of Women Engineers / Tampa Bay Area is a dynamic organization composed of approximately 100 engineers from both industry and academia, committed to empowering women in engineering to achieve their fullest potential. The group inspires the next generation of female engineers through outreach initiatives and engaging activities in local schools and with organizations like Girl Scouts. Its Board actively cultivates opportunities for personal development, networking, and volunteerism for its members, while also participating in community events such as the annual Engineers’ Week.
