Divisions and Special Interest Groups: The Association sponsors divisions and special interest groups to focus on particular areas of interest for members, providing the opportunity to meet and network with professionals in the education technology, financial information services, online content and software industries. Copyright Protection Fund: As the leading advocate for intellectual property protection, the Association champions the legal use of software and content through an ongoing campaign of education and enforcement.

Public relations: The Association promotes the interests of its members and the financial information services, education technology, online content, and software industries worldwide.
Industry programs: The Association provides a well recognized peer recognition awards program, the codie awards, enabling software, education, and content companies an opportunity to strengthen business relationships and increase sales.
Research: The Association is an authoritative source in the industry for benchmarking reports and surveys, including detailed research information on industry salaries and benefits, finance allocation, and technical support practices.
