Esg-cv grant provided monies through dhhs for coronavirus aid, relief and economic security for the purpose of preventing, preparing for and responding to coronavirus among homeless individuals and/or families by means of street outreach, case management and supportive services. Sho provided transportation, food, personal needs, emergency shelter relief for approximately 200 individuals.
Calfresh grant provided monies through humboldt county to provide temporary shelter and supportive services to eligible individuals who are experiencing homelessness and to assist with signing up for calfresh benefits as well as directing them to other agencies who can provided other personal services and assistance.
Plha (permanent local Housing allocation) grant provided monies through humboldt county to provide street outreach projects to address urgent physical needs of the persons who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness by providing emergency shelter, Housing and other urgent and non-urgent, non-facility-based care. Sho provided professional outreach services to approximately 200 individuals including as many permanent Housing services we could implement.
Emergency services and warming center - grants funded by humboldt county to provide temporary shelter and warming center during the winter extreme cold.
