Sojourner Fund for Women and Children

Sojourner House provides several programs including Transitional, Permanent and Supportive housing in the Rochester area. The housing provides shelter, structure, and case management services to homeless women, and homeless women with children. The main goal is to move women toward self-sufficiency and into permanent housing. For the long-term objective Sojourner House has signed an agreement to transfer its existing programs and properties to the YWCA of Greater Rochester in the hopes of running the programs with greater administrative efficiency as well as serving more clients.
