Seeding Solidarity is a collaborative food sovereignty program that provides BIPOC, immigrant and other marginalized families access to fresh, seasonal vegetables while creating a space to cultivate shared values, uplift food literacy, and reconnect participants? awareness towards community care. Collectively, we create ongoing support through knowledge shares, workshops, and direct consultation in land stewardship, gardening, and traditional ways of preparing food. This year we increased our number of solidarity shares to support 130 participants, including weekly educational opportunities, and monthly community gatherings.
