South Atlantic Housing of Brevard

South Atlantic Housing of Brevard aims to provide affordable rental housing for low income elderly persons and other public benefit and charitable purposes. Additionally, they strive to provide affordable rental housing for the elderly and other charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes allowed under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The organization also supports charitable activities of another 501(c)(3) organization consistent with the expanded mission of the organization and sponsors affordable housing for low-income elderly and handicapped persons.
