Consumer information and promotion - to inform and educate consumers to the fact that Pork is a healthy and nutritious component in the diet of today's active public.
The following programs are funded with non-checkoff funds: public policy strategic investment plan recruitment administrative services annual meeting and trade shows
Production technology/education - to develop new technology which enhances production efficiency and product quality and to expand uses of existing Pork products and create new product opportunities and to provide educational programs and materials to Producers regarding swine production, animal handling and other relevant and accurate information to the swine industry.
