In 2023, South Florida Wildlife Center provided direct care to more than 7,199 birds, mammals and reptiles from 263 different species, maintaining our status as the highest-volume Wildlife trauma hospitals and rehabilitation Center inflorida. In 2023, sfwcs staff and volunteers fielded over 100,000 calls for help. Sfwc Wildlife rehabilitators, clinical staff, animal care and rescue specialists are dedicated to providing lifesaving veterinary and rehabilitative services and to carrying out sfwcs mission to rescue, rehabilitate, release and educate.
