Provide residential ownership for qualified low income families. Currently 154 families own and reside in homes constructed by this agency. The agency currently holds 111 mortgage notes at 0% interest for these families at june 30, 2024. Also provides critical home repair and disaster recovery and repair under a program called "a brush with kindness".
Operation of a retail thrift store to sell donated and purchased merchandise to the public. The net proceeds are used to assist qualified low income families in attaining affordable homes. Revenue from thrift store is reported as other revenue on part viii, line 10a.
