Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association is a nonprofit organization whose members are owners and managers of privately-owned, government-regulated housing throughout the Southeast. We are part of a national network of AHMAs and partner with the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). SAHMA's purpose is to provide education, information services, networking opportunities and representation for our members in an effort to preserve the nation's stock of low-income affordable housing and ensure a quality of life for its residents.
