Membership dues were collected from the 6 areas that are governed and a referee relief fund was started to help those fellow members who have a major medical occurance and cannot afford the medical expenses. All paid members receive training on a yearly basis not limited to referee recertification. Expenses included but not limited to 50% of the paying dues that were redistributed to the proper area, liability insurance, mentoring fees, bank service charges, and legal fees.
