Training, education and assistance cnm provides training seminars to assist nonprofits in fulfilling their missions, raise funds, and be better accountable to their stakeholders. During the year ended june 30, 2023, cnm provided approximately 130 training seminars, including the annual 3-day 501conference, to approximately 7,200 unduplicated participants. Training topics included fundraising, strategic planning, social marketing, outcomes Management, program evaluation, building peer networks and alliances, financial literacy, community engagement and board effectiveness. As part of this program, cnm provides two important additional services to the Nonprofit community. The first is conducting an annual Nonprofit sector compensation survey. This is then sold to nonprofits that wish to utilize the useful data within it. The second is running jobscoop, the website exclusively for Nonprofit job postings.
County of los angeles office of immigrant affairs - american rescue plan program. Cnm received a federal grant, passed through the county of los angeles, to distribute assistance to nonprofits in need. During the year ended june 30, 2023 cnm disbursed 750,000 in grants to 10 nonprofits.
Consulting cnm is retained by Nonprofit organizations to conduct specific consulting projects including facilitating hundreds of board retreats, focus groups, providing backbone support to issue and place-based collaborations working to clarify issues, set priorities, and address conflicts to achieve common goals during the year ended june 30, 2023, cnm served approximately 4,230 Nonprofit leaders and organizations
