Input from the Georgia The World in Transition Online Project: Department of Education, plus twelve county social studies coordinators was received. Because no comprehensive online social studies materials on world regions exist that meet the Georgia Standards of Excellence, the results were overwhelmingly positive that the materials were needed and would be used.
