Formal training courses and conferences: the Network, in conjunction with its member state agencies, trained over 600 state and local Environmental Enforcement personnel from 11 Southern states (al, fl, ga, ky, in, la, ms, nc, sc, tn, tx). Courses included basic Environmental crime investigations, Environmental Enforcement issues for attorneys, negotiation skills for environmetal Enforcement personnel, report writing techniques, handling difficult people and conflict management, and interviewing techniques for regulatory personnel.
