Program areas at Southern Fried Queer Pride
Host an annual pride festival that brings over 3000 attendees and features over 75 artists, performers, and partner organizations.
We produce events that meet community needs, from Queer Threads to offer low-cost clothing in an affirming, expansive space. We hosted three thrift shops in 2023. Further, we host artistic educational programming, including skill shares, figure drawing, film screenings/film production, and etc. We host approximately 60 events per year.
We create spaces for community gathering, including our Lets Eat, a queer and trans community potluck, and regular dance parties to diversity Atlanta nightlife and feature queer and trans music performers.
