Work incentives planning and assistance program: this fund is used to account for the receipt and expenditure of funds received on an annual basis from the u.s. social security administration pursuant to the ticket to work and work incentives improvement act (twwiia). Unrestricted fund: this fund is used to account for the receipt and expenditure of other unrestricted funds.
