Program areas at Southern Pines Animal Shelter
Clinic: the clinic was able to increase its veterinarians, which allowed us to increase impacts in spay & neuter as well as wellness activities. We helped 3,525 patients through our wellness services and approximately 6,500 pets through our spay & neuter efforts.
Thrift store: the thrift shop was able to raise funds to help programmatic efforts and began also marketing its good online.
Shelter: 4,418 pets came in to the Shelter and were helped through adoption, foster, and transport programming. The Shelter had a 98.6% lifesaving rate.
