Space Between

Space Between taught mindfulness to students, teens, educators, and family members. We served about 3,800 people during the 2022-2023 school year. We had eleven school partnerships, facilitated 26 workshops, 6 family yoga offerings, and 5 teen program. Our impact is acknowledged by people in ouranonymous surveys: 100% of teachers said mindfulness positively impacted their teaching. 90% of teachers saw an increase in student compassion toward self and others. 100% of teachers saw an improvement in student well-being. 95% of students noticed positive differences since learning mindfulness (focus, anger, happiness,etc.) On average, student climate surveys in Space Between schools are higher than the district for belonging, positive behavior and safety, and social emotional learning.
