Operation of medical clinics for the general population, including primary care, ob/gyn, mental Health services, etc. Designated federally qualified Health clinics with 28,321 unduplicated patients served.
Substance abuse intervention & treatment - hiv, hepatitis c and syphilis testing to at-risk people to include pre and post test counseling, risk reduction and referrals. Provides community hiv std education in a variety of settings including workshops, Health fairs, schools, agencies and outreach to distribute prevention materials and literature about hiv and stds. Estimated 9,250 clients served (unduplicated).
Hiv services - provides primary medical services to people who are hiv positive, including doctors' visits, laboratory services, medical case management, dental oral Health education and care, mental Health and nutritional counseling, transportation, housing insurance and medication assistance, estimated 26,589 units of service.
