Special Youth Challenge Ministries of Northwest Iowa empowers physically challenged youth to enjoy hunting and the shooting sports by helping them overcome barriers found in the outdoors. SYC hunters have a physical challenge, special need or have had a life-threatening disease or injury. They offer hunting expeditions for youth with special challenges through the use of special methods, equipment and assistance from approximately 300 volunteers to develop sportsmen's skills and enjoy God's great outdoors.
