Spirit of Peace Baptist Church - 8053

The Church promotes and stimulates the ideal of self help so that the world will be a better place in which to live. We also visit the sick and shut-in, distributiong gifts during christmas fellowship. We provide free food and food baskets to the needy at thanksgiving and thoughout the year. We are an extension of the love of christ to the body of christ and the unsaved.

We continue to spread the gospel of the lord jesus christ through christian education classes and evangelisim. We also equip individuals through preaching and teaching the word of god in wednesday night bible study, conferences, sunday morning worship serviceand the communications ministry. The biblical teachings have helped to lead many unsaved men, women and youth to christ; and building up the saved in christian grace and righteous living. These teachings have helped people to establish balance in their lives. The biblical teachings provide them with a sound basis for building healthy relationships with their family members and members of society. We have a transportation ministry to transport those who need a ride to and from various Church activities and functions. Thes ministries help to establish help and hope to those in need.

We are committed to help our youth through biblical training and counseling. We endeavor through the teaching of the biblical principles, to combat juvenile delinquency and adult delinquency. The Spirit of Peace Baptist Church motivates young people and adults to live victorious christian lives to the glory of god and christ through christian meetings and services, christian recreation, and christian teaching and instruction. We endeavor to educate individuals to help them become viable productive men and women in society.
