Ascension is a faith-based healthcare organization that delivers personalized, compassionate care to all, especially to those who need it the most. With the support of generous philanthropic partners, whether a grateful patient, board member, clinician, or employee, Ascension saint Agnes will continue to change the lives of those we serve because of your support. In partnership with our philanthropic investors, the Ascension saint Agnes Foundation provided funding to support various initiatives within such as creating a mobile unit care delivery system to provide health services to the most vulnerable in our community who have no or limited access to care. In addition, the Foundation funds patient navigational services, community-based services and programs, clinical training, and robust performance improvement, facilities and equipment efforts to include the build out of a brand new family birthing center that will begin to see patients in 2026.
