ASCENSION IS A FAITH-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION THAT DELIVERS PERSONALIZED, COMPASSIONATE CARE TO ALL, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO NEED IT THE MOST. Since 1913, the mission at St. Vincent Kokomo has been to serve all persons, with special attention to the poor and vulnerable. The St. Vincent Kokomo Foundation is a separately incorporated not-for-profit organization that exists solely to develop resources that support St. Vincent Kokomo and allow the hospital to fulfill its mission. The Foundation solicits and manages charitable gifts for a wide variety of projects, including new equipment and facilities, continuing medical education, and direct patient care for those who cannot afford it.
