Program areas at St Mary's Hospital Medical Center of Green Bay Inc - Hospital Sisters
SURGERY - Surgical services at St Mary's Hospital Medical Center are comprised of central processing, anesthesia, surgery, and pre/post op surgery. This includes nine operating room suites and two minor treatment rooms. Services are available 24/7 and include both inpatient and outpatient procedures. In FY23 over 5,200 surgical procedures were performed. Surgical procedures include general, orthopedic, neuro, urology, gynecology, oral - maxillofacial, organ procurement, dental, Ent, ophthalmology, podiatry, and plastics. Anesthesia and central processing also provide hospital-wide services to inpatient nursing and to the emergency department.
INTERNAL MEDICINE - Internal Medicine services at St Mary's Hospital Medical center are comprised of general medicine, pulmonary, gastroenterology medical, and cardiology medical services. In FY23 a total of 3,164 patients were admitted to the hospital. The majority of these patients, 58%, are admitted through the Emergency Department.
CARDIOLOGY - Cardiology services at St Mary's Hospital Medical Center offers a complete array of catheterization laboratory procedures, noninvasive cardiovascular diagnostic procedures, and electrophysiology procedures. There were nearly 16,000 inpatient and outpatient cardiac procedures in FY23. If needed, a state of the art cardiovascular operating center (CVOR) is available nearby at our sister facility St. Vincent Hospital for cutting edge open heart procedures by our highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeon. CVIC (cardiovascular intensive care) suites are also offered there. For those patients who need follow-up cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation, a program is offered on site at St. Mary's.
Other program services at St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center are comprised of intensive care, emergency, center for digestive health, pharmacy, laboratory, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, and other services.
