In 2022 Starting Over, Inc. hosted 2 legal clinics and resource fairs and opened up 2 new housing sites, which puts us at 11 shared-housing sites so that we contribute over 100 beds for unhoused people on any given day. We switched over to Quick Books on-line which allows us to get real-time financials and share that information as needed internally and externally. Starting Over, Inc. continued to provide COVID and health-related assistance to people, reaching 40,000 people with valuable COVID and resource information. In addition to this work, we provided tax assistance and Cal EITC information to low-income community members and their families.
