Step One the Dance Project

Step One: The Dance Project builds confidence and a spirit to dance in young people through engaging them in dance training, which develops their artistic talents, health, and physical wellness. We prioritize providing services to culturally underserved youth. Our on-going training programs not only focus on building skills but also on self-confidence. We engage the youth in the creation and presentation of live dance theatre productions that facilitate the development of their artistic talents, raise cultural awareness, and build community engagement.
